A second floor cantilevered wood volume of 3 bedrooms and a functional laundry galley floats over a white box of glass and plaster consisting of the main living areas and a powder room. The folded plate roof is covered by a 10kW photovoltaic system that powers a Chevy Bolt electric car and covers all the utility bills.
