Homes worthy of being passed on to your grandchildren are built with the intention of both structural and emotional timelessness. In this 3500 square foot Boulder home in the Chatauqua neighborhood nestled against the base of the flatirons, 3 bedrooms are rotated 15 degrees east of south and clad in sustainably harvested teak rainscreen cladding to support a 10kW photovoltaic system on a standing seam roof.  A garage and guest wing in board formed concrete visually anchor the home on a sloping lot and create a courtyard backyard for privacy and relaxation for generations to come.  Architecture by fuentesdesign; an artistic collaboration with Nielsen Design and ModVerde.
